• We are based in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

  • Everything we create can be used for the following: websites, social media, paid digital ads, email marketing, press releases, internal marketing and print media.

    Please keep in mind, depending on your use case a separate fee for licensing will be applied. General rule of thumb: all of our services pricing includes web and social media. Any other channels are considered “above the line” and are charged accordingly. This is industry standard, as additional channels bring more eyeballs to your brand (because of our amazing work) which means more sales for you :)

  • We pride ourselves on communication. Once you have determined if we’re a good fit for your project we will send you a project estimate. Once that estimate is approved, a service agreement & contract is sent. In order to begin the project, a 50% deposit plus any additional production fees + a signed contract is required.

    Once all the boring paperwork is out of the way, we can begin the pre-production process. This stage is where we will start bringing your project to life with mood boards, talent casting, location scouting and/or prop sourcing. A specific client folder, Slack channel and project documents will be created automatically. You will be notified each step of the way with a detailed timeline for your approval, all stored online using Coda.io.

    Then, the shoot is scheduled and the magic happens.

    We will then export images for you to write your selections via a specific Google worksheet - or we can select for you. Once the assets have been approved, they are sent for post-production. Post-production normally takes between 7-14 days (depending on the scope). We offer one round of revisions before delivering final assets to you via the Google Drive (mentioned above).

    We do offer the ability to send ALL assets on a hard drive to you, but additional fees would apply as this is considered a FULL BUYOUT.

    We do keep all assets backed up for two years.

  • If your product is already in the market, we like to suggest a timeline of 3 weeks. This leaves enough time for the fun creative part, shooting the assets and delivering them to you. We can shorten this process if absolutely needed, but keep in mind the creative triangle of fast, cheap and good. Unfortunately you can only pick two.

    For example:

    fast & cheap = won't be good

    good & fast = won't be cheap

    Please keep in mind we are NOT a high turnover chop shop studio that can give you assets in 24 hours. We focus on quality first. Once we have the look and feel dialed in, we can then scale your output through effective systems & collaboration if you are on a retainer package.

    If you're still in the branding stage, definitely feel free to reach out to us - the sooner we start letting the creative juices flow the better the results will be.

  • We accept all forms of payment EXCEPT “exposure” (lol).

    A 50% deposit + all production costs (such as props, etc.) are required before we commence the shoot. At the completion of the shoot, a 40% payment is required - this will cover any additional costs incurred and approved, for the shoot (things like additional shopping that may be required or that extra light needed to make the image “pop”). We will then deliver final assets watermarked and a final 10% payment is required in order to have all assets sent with watermarked removed.

    Any additional usage charges are required to be paid before the date of publication. For example, if your digital ads are going live for Black Friday, we would need payment 7 days prior.

  • If you are in the local Los Angeles area, we’re happy to have your products dropped off to our studio.

    If you are not based in LA or if you are international, we’re happy to receive a shipment from you or directly from your manufacturer. If you need your product(s) sent back, please make sure to include a return shipping label.

  • You will be directly dealing with Ashley or Ross and likely a combination of both (yay). We will have our executive assistant and/or accountant cc’d in if required.

  • Styled props bring everything to life. Depending on the shoot requirements, props can be rented, purchased or sent to us by your team.

    If props are rented from a prop house, a charge per item will be billed directly to you.

    If props are purchased, we will try to return props after the shoot to the place of purchase. Any that can't be returned, due to signs of use, will be yours to own.

    If props are sent to us by your team, please include a return label so we can ship them back to you after the shoot.

  • Absolutely! We love having clients on set! :)

    If you are flying into LA, there is a great hotel (Citizen M) right across the street from our product studio.

    Can’t make it? We offer virtual access to your shoot via a live twitch stream. This way, you can witness the images being captured and offer feedback if necessary. Please keep in mind, some locations (like the desert/beach) may not have great access to the internet, so if this is needed, an additional fee for communication equipment may be required.

  • Yes! We LOVE traveling, and are happy to fly to wherever makes sense for your brand. Please keep in mind that all prices featured on the website do not include additional costs to do so. Clients are responsible to pay for all flights, baggage (not the emotional kind), accommodation, transfers and a per diem fee for each member of the team, plus any additional travel rates.

  • Yes, well, sometimes. All of the creative work will be done by us whilst also using vetted contractors like food stylists, directors of photography, editors, etc., when needed. We have worked with the same crew for years and consider them family :)

  • Our strategic marketing services are designed to offer support in your efforts to grow your business using short form video content. Think “talking head” style. Two of our packages offer the ability for you to self record (with our guidance in lighting, equipment *if needed, subject matter & structure). This can be you talking directly to camera, recorded sales calls and or recorded presentations.

    We will then do all the heavy lifting to get the content ready for its social glory. We have a copy writer review the content to find the “gold”, an editor to polish it up with captions, sound design and B-roll, and finally we run it through our AI automated workflow to extract even more value like image posts, text quotes and email flow sequences! Technically 5x-ing your content output. An online workflow system has been custom built so you are involved at every step of the way, with detailed dashboards so you can focus on what matters most.

    If you require a videographer to follow you for a day or even come to your office, we have an extensive network of highly vetted professionals that we can recommend for this at an additional price.

    P.S. (we also offer social media management options if needed).

  • With the invention of generative A.I., a lot of questions have been raised especially around ownership. We are always on the forefront of what you're able to do using A.I. for commercial reasons. Currently, programs like Mid Journey and DALL-E offer commercial use licenses for any work created using their platforms. However, a business may be liable up to $150,000 dollars if that image infringes on the copyright of an artist.

    For example, if you wanted a background to look like a Warhol masterpiece, you will definitely run into problems. But if you simply needed 15 variations of backgrounds using simple everyday items like fruits, flowers or colors, you will be fine.

    We often suggest using generative A.I. for testing, as it can help you determine what your audience will respond to BEFORE going into production. This way, you will own the image we have created.
