Crew on-site

Director, DP, 1st AC, sound recordist, producer, and lifestyle talent. Larger scopes add a gaffer and stylist.

Licensing

You own the film and all cut-downs in perpetuity for owned and paid channels. We retain portfolio rights.

Music

Original score or fully licensed track included. No third-party royalty exposure.

What's not included

Drone-only sizzle reels, walkthrough tour videos, and corporate brand-of-brand films — those are different products.

Reshoots

Weather reshoots are no-charge; scope-change reshoots are quoted.
