The content studio for student housing

Photo, film, and social built for student housing leasing.

We plan and produce lifestyle photography, brand films, and resident content for student housing teams, scoped around your property and the leasing moments your team markets to.

The problem

Most student housing content is a tour of the building.

Students compare properties on their phones, often two blocks apart. Amenity photos and a posting calendar don't show what living there feels like.

We make content that does. Lifestyle photography, film, and resident content planned around how students actually choose where to live.

What we make

Six ways we work with student housing teams.

Built around leasing

Planned around the leasing calendar.

Student housing leasing runs on a calendar: pre-leasing, renewals, move-in. We plan the shot list around those moments so your team has the right assets when each one starts.

One coordinated production. Photo, film, and resident content captured in one planned shoot, then cut for each channel.

LA studio, national coverage. From a single photographer to a full on-site team, with travel bundled into the production fee.

Recent work. Lifestyle production for Sterling Tiger Valley, a student housing community near LSU. See our work
