Editorial stills for multifamily, student, and senior housing brands that want to be chosen for the lifestyle — not the amenities list.
A year of lifestyle imagery from a single production
We plan, cast, and shoot a full season of content in one production — so your team has on-brand imagery to draw from for months, not a one-off gallery.

Renters don't tour because of a granite countertop. They tour because they pictured themselves in a space. Generic amenity photography — empty rooms, wide-angle distortion, fluorescent light — gives prospects nothing to project themselves into.
Lifestyle photography sells the projection. It's the difference between a listing that gets saved and one that gets scheduled.
Editorial unit photographyStaged lived-in interiors that show real moments, not catalog setups.
Resident lifestyle shotsModels or actual residents in the space, captured naturally.
Amenity-in-use photographyPool, gym, lounge, coworking — shot during real activity, not after-hours empty.
Neighborhood & contextThe walk to the coffee shop, the park across the street, the local that makes the address worth it.
Twilight & mood exteriorsOne golden-hour and one twilight pass for hero use.
Aerial & drone, when warrantedUsed sparingly, as context, never as the whole story.
Detail vignettesTexture, light, surface — the close-ups that anchor a feed.
