01 · Lifestyle Photography

Photography that sells how it feels to live there, not just what it looks like.

Editorial stills for multifamily, student, and senior housing brands that want to be chosen for the lifestyle — not the amenities list.

1 shoot

A year of lifestyle imagery from a single production

We plan, cast, and shoot a full season of content in one production — so your team has on-brand imagery to draw from for months, not a one-off gallery.

Why it matters

Most property photography sells the building. We sell the life inside it.

Renters don't tour because of a granite countertop. They tour because they pictured themselves in a space. Generic amenity photography — empty rooms, wide-angle distortion, fluorescent light — gives prospects nothing to project themselves into.

Lifestyle photography sells the projection. It's the difference between a listing that gets saved and one that gets scheduled.

The details

What to expect when we work together on lifestyle photography.

Everything below is standard scope — surfaced up front, not buried in an FAQ.

Turnaround

Edited library delivered 14–21 days after shoot.

Crew on-site

Lead photographer, assistant, and producer. Larger productions add a stylist and lifestyle talent.

Licensing

You own the library in perpetuity for all owned and paid channels. We retain the right to portfolio use.

Models & talent

We handle casting, releases, and day-rate compensation — or we work with real residents. See Resident-Generated Content (RGC) for that workflow.

What's not included

Brokerage or MLS photography — we don't do amenity catalog work. 3D virtual tours are a different service we don't currently offer.

Reshoots

We schedule a single coverage day. Weather reshoots are no-charge; scope-change reshoots are quoted.
